Tuba Skinny is a New Orleans traditional jazz band which formed in 2009. They are inspired by the early jazzed blues music of the 1920’s and 1930’s. The band has performed on streets and stages around the world, including music festivals in Mexico, Sweden, Australia, Italy, France. Switzerland and Spain.
Yes Ma’am Is definitely one of my favorite street bands in New Orleans. They mostly play on Royal St. They also enjoy playing shows if the beer is cold!

This classic building used to be the “Sky Scraper” of New Orleans. It is also the most photographed balcony in New Orleans. It is located on the corner of Royal st. and St. Peter St. This home was the residence of many note worthy personalities.

The pessimist on the right is not having a good day - he's seems as if he is feeling sorry for him self and he is CUT OUT of the picture because he can't see the whole picture - because of his attitude. We make choices every day who we want to be and how we want to feel and this image is a reminder of the result when we choose to be a "musician" in life. Then we can enjoy all the melodies that life has to offer.
